Baseball Recap: Northglenn Comes Up Short

Northglenn lost against Loveland back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Norsemen fell 9-4 to the Red Wolves.

Dom Ibarra was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Alonso Sandoval, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run.

Northglenn has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season. As for Loveland, they moved to 9-14 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Northglenn nor the Red Wolves have any future games scheduled.
