Basketball Recap: Bishop Foley Comes Up Short

Bishop Foley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the University Liggett Knights 69-35. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Ventures this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-19 back in January.

Bishop Foley's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for University Liggett, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Bishop Foley is taking a road trip to square off against Detroit Cristo Rey at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for University Liggett, they will square off against University Prep Science & Math at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
