Volleyball Recap: Dillon Comes Up Short

Dillon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Waccamaw Warriors, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

Dillon's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Waccamaw, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Dillon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Marlboro County on the 25th. As for Waccamaw, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Carolina Forest on the 24th.
