Softball Recap: Pine Plains Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Pine Plains's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Arlington Admirals on Monday. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Bombers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Pine Plains' loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Arlington, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-7.

Coming up, Pine Plains will square off against Tuckahoe at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Arlington, they will face off against Suffern at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Admirals are facing the Mounties at the right time seeing as the Mounties are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
