Baseball Recap: Lakeridge's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Lakeridge had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the McMinnville Grizzlies on Tuesday, sneaking past 10-8. Considering the Pacers' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Lakeridge's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for McMinnville, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Looking ahead, Lakeridge will take on Newberg at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for McMinnville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Nelson at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
