Basketball Recap: St. Patrick Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Patrick can now relate to. They fell 48-38 to the Kemper County Wildcats on Thursday. The Fighting Irish were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

St. Patrick's defeat dropped their record down to 25-6. As for Kemper County, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 24-6.

As of now, neither St. Patrick nor Kemper County have any future games scheduled.
