Langtree Charter Academy hasn't had much luck against Corvian Community recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Jerel Brawley, who went 6 for 13 on his way to 23 points and seven rebounds. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Meanwhile, Corvian Community was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by Cannon and fell 97-62.

Despite the loss, Corvian Community saw an underclassman step up: sophomore RJ Moore went 11 of 21 on his way to 27 points and eight rebounds. That was a full 43.5% of Corvian Community's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maxwell Garvin, who went 6 of 7 on his way to 14 points and six rebounds.

Even though they lost, Corvian Community was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
