Football Recap: Charleston Comes Up Short on the Road Against Robinson

Charleston had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were outmatched by the Robinson Maroons and fell 41-6. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

WYATT GORDON threw for 44 yards on six of 17 attempts. On the ground, BLAINE TAYLOR-LUTZ rushed for 78 yards and one touchdown on only seven carries.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Charleston will head out to face off against Paris at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Robinson, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Benton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
