Football Game Preview: Chandler Prep Titans vs. St. Johns Redskins + Official Tickets

The Chandler Prep Titans will head out to take on the St. Johns Redskins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chandler Prep is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They managed a 26-21 win over Alchesay.

Chandler Prep's receiving core played a big role in the win, headlined by Oliver Rodriguez and Aaron Crawford. Rodriguez rushed for 177 yards and one score while picking up 7.4 yards per carry while Crawford picked up 79 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Chandler Prep didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Crawford led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself.

Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but St. Johns ultimately got the result they hoped for last Friday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 28-27 victory over San Tan Charter. The win was nothing new for the Redskins as they're now sitting on six straight.

Chandler Prep's record now sits at 8-3. As for St. Johns, their record is now 9-1.

Chandler Prep came up short against St. Johns in their previous meeting back in November of 2020, falling 21-14. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
