Macy Martin posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, she turned in her biggest game of the season, striking out five batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.
