Warren East is a perfect 4-0 against Edmonson County since May of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Raiders will square off against the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. Warren East is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Warren East couldn't beat Bowling Green on Monday even though they stacked seven runs on them in the sixth inning. The Raiders fell just short of the Purples by a score of 8-7.

Warren East saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was William Alexander, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Edmonson County came out on top against Butler County on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run second inning. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Bears with a sharp 10-4 win. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won four in a row.

The team relied heavily on Hunter Wilson, who went 3-for-4 with two runs and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Garrett Lyons was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Edmonson County's win bumped their record up to 8-12-1. As for Warren East, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-17.

Everything went Warren East's way against Edmonson County in their previous matchup back in March, as Warren East made off with a 21-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
