Soccer Recap: Islands Comes Up Short

If Islands was feeling good fresh off their 10-0 takedown of Windsor Forest last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Islands lost 8-1 to the Calvary Day Cavaliers on Thursday. Islands haven't had much luck with Calvary Day recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Islands' defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Calvary Day, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Coming up, Islands will welcome Savannah Country Day at 5:00 p.m. on the 4th. As for Calvary Day, they will head out to face off against Statesboro at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
