Cane Bay was led to victory by Jarvis Roper and Jahleel Sanders. Roper went 6 for 10 on his way to 20 points, while Sanders went 6 of 8 on his way to 14 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Sanders a new career-high in points.

Cane Bay's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Rowan County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

As for Rowan County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 77-44 loss against Wren on the 28th.
