Volleyball Recap: Carolina Christian Comes Up Short

Carolina Christian lost against Victory Christian Academy back in August of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lions came up short against the Patriots, falling 3-0. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carolina Christian was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-23, 25-20.

Carolina Christian now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Victory Christian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carolina Christian will take on Cornerstone Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Victory Christian Academy, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Abundant Life Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
