Baseball Recap: Curry Comes Up Short

Curry lost against Fayette County last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Curry Yellowjackets lost 14-1 to the Fayette County Tigers. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Curry saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Argent, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Curry's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Fayette County, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-11.

While Curry had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
