Baseball Recap: Bethel Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the Bethel Bison didn't have quite enough to beat the Steilacoom Sentinels and fell 3-1.

Bethel got a good showing from Cayden Bridgeman, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Keegan Peck was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-3.

Bethel's defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Steilacoom, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bethel will square off against North Thurston at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Steilacoom, they will face off against Mount Tahoma at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
