They fell victim to a tough 14-5 defeat at the hands of the Paxon School For Advanced Studies Golden Eagles. Hilliard was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Paxon School For Advanced Studies apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2023.
Molly Dean made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Peighton Self, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
