Soccer Game Preview: North Springs vs. Marist

For the first time this season, North Springs will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup on Friday. They will head out to take on the Marist War Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

North Springs fell victim to The King's Academy and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 10-0. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Marist kept a clean sheet against Northview on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over the Titans. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the War Eagles considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Marist's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for North Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
