Soccer Recap: Manchester Regional's Winning Streak Snapped at Six Games

Manchester Regional managed to keep up with Wayne Valley until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Falcons lost 5-1 to the Indians. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, Manchester Regional couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Kadir Yildiz, who's now up to eight this season.

Manchester Regional will be up against Hawthorne's rather soft defense (which has allowed four goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wayne Valley, they will challenge Lakeland Regional at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Lakeland Regional's last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
