Softball Recap: East Paulding's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

After a string of four wins, East Paulding's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Veterans Warhawks, falling 12-4. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warhawks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Emma Spain made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with three RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Hernandez, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

East Paulding's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Veterans, they pushed their record up to 23-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

East Paulding has already played their next game, an 11-7 win against Pace Academy on the 7th. Veterans does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
