Recap: Hilliard Davidson Wildcats vs. Hilliard Bradley Jaguars
Even though the Hilliard Davidson Wildcats have not done well against the Hilliard Bradley Jaguars recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Hilliard Davidson had just enough and edged Hilliard Bradley out 34-32. This was payback for Hilliard Davidson, who suffered a 32-27 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Hilliard Davidson's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chloe Crawford, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Anna Wile, who scored nine points.
Hilliard Davidson's victory bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Hilliard Bradley, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.
Hilliard Davidson will be playing in front of their home fans against Dublin Jerome at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dublin Jerome is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Hilliard Bradley, they will head out on the road to face off against Hayes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
