Baseball Recap: New Providence Takes a Loss

New Providence lost against Governor Livingston last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pioneers came up short against the Highlanders, falling 12-1.

New Providence saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was James Keneally, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

New Providence's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Governor Livingston, the win keeps they at an undefeated 14-0.

Looking ahead, New Providence will head out to face off against Brearley at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Governor Livingston, they will be playing at home against Notre Dame at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
