After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sotomayor, Elizabeth was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 65-43 margin over the Torres Toros. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 22 points or more this season.

Elizabeth's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Torres, their loss was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-12.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Maywood Academy the next time they take the court. Elizabeth will head out to face Maywood Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while Torres will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
