On Thursday, McDowell had to settle for second even though Jay Radford put up the best numbers he has all season. Radford posted 16 points, good enough to set a new career-high in points in the process. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Radford and McDowell won't have much time to rest: their next game is against T.C. Roberson at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Radford's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped McDowell's four-game streak of wins on the road.
