Volleyball Preview: Mumford Mustangs vs. Burton Panthers
Mumford has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Burton Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Mumford got the win against Snook by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, Burton narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Weimar 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.
It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Burton got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 22-25, 25-19, 24-26, 16-14.
Burton can attribute much of their success to Paige Fritsch, who had six digs and 19 assists. Fritsch is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in the last 41 games she's played dating back to last season.
Mumford is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season. As for Burton, they pushed their record up to 22-14 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
