Basketball Recap: Rancho Mirage Takes a Loss

Rancho Mirage and Canyon squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Rancho Mirage had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Canyon Cowboys by a score of 60-57.

Rancho Mirage's loss dropped their record down to 24-7. As for Canyon, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-9.

Rancho Mirage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Canyon, they will be playing at home against Oak Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Canyon knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten contests -- so hopefully Oak Park likes a good challenge.
