Volleyball Recap: Sandy Valley Victorious

Sandy Valley was handed a three-set loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Northwest Indians.

Sandy Valley was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-22, 21-25, 25-23, 15-12.

Landry Little continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, getting 16 digs and four aces. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 12 or more assists the last 17 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Teresa Petro, who had 16 digs, ten kills, two blocks, and two aces.
