Volleyball Game Preview: Morristown Colonials vs. West Orange Mountaineers + How To Watch

The Morristown Colonials will take on the West Orange Mountaineers at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Morristown is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

Morristown saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They fell 2-0 to Mount Olive.

Morristown may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 12 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-12.

Meanwhile, West Orange didn't have quite enough to beat Nutley on Wednesday and fell 2-1. While the Mountaineers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Maroon Raiders 25-19 in the first set.

West Orange started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-18, 25-9.

West Orange's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Morristown, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Morristown beat West Orange 2-0 when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Will the Colonials repeat their success, or do the Mountaineers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
