Basketball Game Preview: Herscher Tigers vs. Reed-Custer Comets + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Herscher Tigers will jump right back in to play the Reed-Custer Comets at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Herscher unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 53-36 fall against Bishop McNamara on Tuesday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Fightin' Irish recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Meanwhile, Reed-Custer had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They slipped by St. Anne 47-46.

Herscher didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Reed-Custer when the teams last played back in February, but they still walked away with a 44-39 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
