Recap: Founders Christian Falcons vs. Alpha Omega Academy Lions
After flying high against the Briarwood Mustangs on Tuesday, the Founders Christian Falcons came back down to earth. Founders Christian took a 46-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Alpha Omega Academy on Friday. Founders Christian lost against Alpha Omega Academy in their previous head to head back in November, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 38-19 score last time.
Maddie Wallace was her usual excellent self, scoring 26 points for Alpha Omega Academy. That makes it two consecutive games in which Wallace has scored at least 25% of Alpha Omega Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Savannah Valles, who scored 6 points.
Founders Christian now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Alpha Omega Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Founders Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Alpha Omega Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Calvary Baptist at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
