Basketball Recap: Centralia Comes Up Short

Centralia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They took a 48-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shelton Highclimbers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-45 on January 14th.

Centralia's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Shelton, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Centralia will square off against Black Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Shelton has already played their next contest (against WF West), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
