Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cade Walker, who scored six points along with eight rebounds and two steals. It was the first time this season that Walker grabbed two or more steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Reece Carson, who scored 12 points along with two steals.

A'mare Bynum was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 12 rebounds for Bryan. That makes it seven consecutive games in which Bynum has scored at least a third of Bryan's points. Another player making a difference was LC Doss, who scored seven points along with five rebounds.

Millard West dropped their record down to 10-13 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Bryan, their victory bumped their record up to 15-9.

Millard West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bryan, they will head out on the road to face off against Omaha Westside at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Omaha Westside knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five games -- so hopefully Bryan likes a good challenge.
