Aurora Central Catholic hasn't had much luck against Providence Catholic recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Chargers will welcome the Celtics at 6:30 p.m. Providence Catholic took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Aurora Central Catholic, who comes in off a win.

Aurora Central Catholic picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against Gardner-South Wilmington by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

Meanwhile, Providence Catholic didn't have quite enough to beat Downers Grove South on Monday and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Providence Catholic sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-21, 24-26, 27-25.

Aurora Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 18-15. As for Providence Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 28-5.

Aurora Central Catholic couldn't quite get it done against Providence Catholic in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Chargers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
