Volleyball Recap: Walker Comes Up Short

Walker had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westminster Wildcats on Saturday. The Wolverines haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Westminster was led to victory by Munday Tyrone and Sophia Bonadies. Tyrone had 14 assists and seven digs, while Bonadies had eight digs and two assists. That's the most assists Bonadies has posted since back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Walker will be taking part in a tournament against McEachern at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Westminster, they will take on Atlanta Classical Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
