It's playoff time, and Bishop Moore had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Jones Fightin' Tigers on Monday as the Bishop Moore Hornets made off with a 7-0 win. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 games by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Jones from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. David Quintero led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Bishop Moore has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-3-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 72 goals over those 17 contests. As for Jones, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12-1 record this season.

Bishop Moore will challenge Mount Dora at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mount Dora will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Bishop Moore surely won't give up without a fight. Jones does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
