Basketball Recap: Kalli Harbeson's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Yukon over Deer Creek

Yukon lost against Deer Creek back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Yukon Millers fell to the Deer Creek Antlers 57-52. The Millers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Yukon lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Kalli Harbeson, who posted 13 points and seven assists. Another player making a difference was Ashley Cox, who put up 11 points and five boards.

Yukon's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Deer Creek, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Yukon has already played their next contest (against Star-Spencer), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Deer Creek has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Mustang.
