Basketball Recap: Eastern Takes a Loss

Eastern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 71-62 to the Milan Indians. The Musketeers lost against the Indians in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 76-45 score last time.

Eastern's record is now 2-6. As for Milan, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Eastern will square off against New Washington at 7:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Milan, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against South Ripley at 7:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
