Softball Preview: Franklin County Bulldogs vs. Brookhaven Panthers

Franklin County is 1-9 against Brookhaven since April of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Franklin County Bulldogs will head out on the road to square off against the Brookhaven Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Franklin County had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 runs), and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They blew past the Tigers 21-2.

Greyonne Queen was a standout: she scored three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Jessany Harness, who scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
