Pembroke Hill came tearing into Friday's matchup with nine straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Van Horn Falcons. That's more bragging rights for Pembroke Hill, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Pembroke Hill's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those seven games. As for Van Horn, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6.
