Volleyball Recap: Chaney Comes Up Short

Chaney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Alliance Aviators, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cowboys of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-7, 25-3.

Chaney's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Alliance, they moved to 4-11 with that victory, which also ended their six-match losing streak.

Chaney wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Poland Seminary on the 29th. As for Alliance, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Marlington on the 25th.
