Volleyball Recap: Maumee Panthers vs. Springfield Blue Devils

Maumee took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Springfield, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Panthers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Blue Devils on Monday. The game was the first time the Panthers have beaten the Blue Devils on their court since September 14, 2021.

Maumee wouldn't go down easily and took Springfield into a fifth set where they got it done with a four-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 17-25, 21-25, 25-20, 15-11.
