St. Andrew's Episcopal had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Puckett on Friday. St. Andrew's Episcopal put the hurt on Puckett with a sharp 14-8 win. The Saints might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

St. Andrew's Episcopal got a massive performance out of Stone Myrick, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4. What's more, Myrick posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Drew McDonald, who scored three runs while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.

St. Andrew's Episcopal is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. Puckett's loss ended a 14-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Andrew's Episcopal will venture away from home to square off against Pelahatchie at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pelahatchie has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.17 runs per game on average), something St. Andrew's Episcopal will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Puckett, they will head out on the road to challenge Raleigh at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
