Soccer Recap: Sipsey Valley Takes a Loss

Sipsey Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Holy Spirit Catholic Saints. Sipsey Valley were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Holy Spirit Catholic apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Sipsey Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Holy Spirit Catholic, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-11.

Coming up, Sipsey Valley will host Demopolis at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Holy Spirit Catholic, they have already played their next game, a 1-0 victory against Holy Family Catholic on the 2nd.
