Soccer Recap: Dublin Jerome Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Dublin Jerome lost against New Albany back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Celtics came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, Dublin Jerome can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 63rd, while New Albany are ranked second).

This is the second loss in a row for Dublin Jerome and nudges their season record down to 3-2-3. As for New Albany, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0-1.

Dublin Jerome and New Albany will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Celtics are set to face off against their familiar foe Marysville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, New Albany will square off against rival Grove City at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
