Baseball Recap: Yellow Springs Falls to West Liberty-Salem in First Game of Season

Yellow Springs had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 12-0 to the West Liberty-Salem Tigers. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Yellow Springs will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Tri-County North at 5:30 p.m. on the 31st. As for West Liberty-Salem, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 5-4 win against Bellefontaine on the 27th.
