Evergreen Valley had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 62-53 win over the Los Altos Eagles on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Evergreen Valley will face off against Cupertino at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Los Altos, they will take on King's Academy in a tournament on Tuesday.
