Basketball Recap: Abramson Takes a Loss

Abramson has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 38-32 heartbreaker at the hands of the McDonogh 35 Roneagles. The Commodores were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Roneagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Abramson's defeat dropped their record down to 15-3. As for McDonogh 35, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-12 record this season.

While Abramson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
