Volleyball Recap: Taconic Comes Up Short

Taconic lost against Lenox Memorial on September 5th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Thunder came up short against the Millionaires, falling 3-0. The Thunder have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21, 25-12.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lenox Memorial to victory, but perhaps none more so than Grace Julieano, who had 29 assists. Those 29 assists gave Julieano a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Sara Isby, who had six kills and four aces.

Taconic's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Lenox Memorial, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Taconic will square off against rival Wahconah Regional at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lenox Memorial is set to take on their familiar foe Mount Greylock Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
