Baseball Game Preview: Bradford Tornadoes vs. Williston Red Devils

The Bradford Tornadoes will square off against the Williston Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Bradford came up short against Baker County on Tuesday, falling 9-3. The Tornadoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bradford saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryland Rike, who scored a run while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits Rike has posted since back in April of 2024.

Rike wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Bradford kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, Williston suffered their biggest loss since March 21, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 12-5 to Interlachen.

Williston's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Bradford, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
