Volleyball Recap: Seckman Comes Up Short

Seckman lost against Mehlville back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jaguars fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sam Wason paced Seckman's offense, picking up eight kills. Wason got some help from Braden Heyl and his 16 assists.

Seckman's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Mehlville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Seckman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Bishop DuBourg on the 29th. As for Mehlville, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Webster Groves on the 29th.
